Please note the following important information. All rates are USD and based on double occupancy and do not include applicable taxes. An additional charge will apply for more than 2 persons per room. Rates are subject to change without notice. For private parties or special events a 50% deposit will be collected at time of reservation. Deposits are fully refundable up to 15 days prior to the reservation except for private parties which are are fully refundable up to 30 days prior to the reservation. Deposits are not refundable within the cancellation periods. Credit card information is requied on all individual reservations and an although no charges will be made, an authorization for the amount due will be obtained to assure collection of cancellation  fees if necessary. A reservation confirmation will be sent via email once the authorization of the amount is approved.  50% of the confirmed stay will be charged as a cancellation fee within the cancellation period. You will be advised at time of reservation if different deposit or cancellation policies apply. Check-in time is 3:00 and check-out time is 12:00. We're happy to accommodate early arrivals and late departures if possible. Please advise us when you make your resevation if you'd like to arrive early or leave late.
